Returns Policy - Website Only Purchases
If you have purchased an accessory from our web store, you can return it within 30 days of delivery if:
- The item is unused with the original tags still attached; and
- In the original packaging which must be in the original condition.

If you are not sure if your item qualifies for a return, please contact us before lodging your return. We may ask you for photos of your item to ensure it meets the criteria for a return.
How to make a return
- Ensure that the item meets the criteria listed above;

- Follow the link to the Australia Post Easy Returns Portal and submit your return form.
- Once the form has been submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode. Bring this with you when you drop off your parcel.
- Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they’ll print it for you.
- Drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.
For change of mind reasons, including selecting wrong sizes or colours, you may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery to receive a full refund. Please note that the cost of the postage is your responsibility. Change of mind returns exclude final markdown merchandise. Our returns policy does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse.
You are entitled to your choice of a replacement or full refund if the item purchased is faulty. This entitlement covers both full price and discounted merchandise. In this scenario, we will also cover your return postage cost using our Australia Post Easy Returns service.
All returns must be accompanied with a proof of purchase or receipt clearly showing your name, contact details, date of the order and contents of the order.
You should expect to receive your refund within 10 business days of us receiving your package. We strongly recommend that any returns are sent via a registered post service as we will not be responsible for any lost items.

We only accept returns on purchases made via this website. If you have purchased our merchandise from another retailer, please return to them with your proof of purchase. It is important to note that different retailers have different returns policies.
Returns Policy - Trade Customers
If you are a stockist or trade customer and wish to advise us of any quality or manufacturing faults, please Contact Us and request a “returns authority number” prior to sending back any goods to us. You are entitled to return goods to us and request a credit if the item you bought does not match the description or has faults caused by manufacturing or the material used. It does not cover wear and tear or any damage caused by misuse.
We offer free tracked shipping Australia wide for orders over $99.
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via a courier service (during busier periods, orders may take up to 3 business days). This service includes a tracking number. Should the value of the order be below this value, shipping will be charged at AUD$12.95.
Express tracked shipping is available for orders within Australia for a flat fee of AUD$17.00.
Orders bound for New Zealand incur a flat fee of AUD$16.95.
It is important to note that any duties or government charges imposed by your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
