We offer easy returns with Australia Post Collect & Return: No labels, no printing, no problem.
Step 1
Fill in a few simple details.
Firstly, review our Returns Policy and ensure your return meets the criteria. If you are not sure if your return qualifies, please contact us.
Visit return.auspost.com.au/buckle and complete the fields to submit your return. Make sure to use the email address you placed your order with, and the order number provided on your order confirmation or tax invoice.
Once submitted, you’ll be emailed your unique barcode. Bring this with you when you drop off your parcel.
Step 2
Drop off your return.
Print your label at home and lodge your return in a Street Posting box OR take your return and barcode to your nearest Australia Post Collect & Return location (those marked with a printer symbol on the map) and they’ll print it for you.
Choose to drop your return at any Post Office, Street Posting Box, or selected retailers including supermarkets and pharmacies.
Step 3
Track your return.
You’ll be emailed tracking details so you can check on the progress of your return back to our warehouse.
Once received, please allow 4-5 business days for us to process your return.
